    Investment Requirements

    There are a few requirements applicants have to fulfil to qualify for Malta residency by investment. Individuals have to make investments between €700,000- €146,000.

    Contribution

    When deciding to apply for Maltese citizenship by investment, you are required to contribute to National Development & Social Fund. You will get a Malta identity document called an e-ID card on purchase of real estate. You can sell or sublet this property during the five years.

    Malta Citizenship Application

    The Malta citizenship by residency application has three stages:

    Residency Stage

    In this stage, the applicant acquires a residency card within 1 to 3 weeks from the application submission.
